Swimming and Diving Earns CSCAA Scholar All-America Honors

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Richmond swimming and diving was recognized by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association (CSDCA) as one of the record 480 institutions to earn Scholar All-America team honors for the Spring 2019 semester.

A record number of teams achieved the Scholar All-America status this semester. The women's teams combined for a 3.45 median GPA, the highest on record for the CSCAA award.

CSCAA Executive Director Greg Earhart stated, "Coach Barany has produced a model that the University can be proud of in every way – academically, athletically and in the community."

Richmond was one of 10 Atlantic 10 schools to be recognized on this year's list. The full women's list is below.
