Spider Women's Golf Competes at Inaugural Costume Open

The Richmond women's golf team held its first-ever costume open Friday at Independence Golf Club in Midlothian, Va. Four twosomes competed against each other in a modified foursomes format, with senior Ally Steffen and junior Emily Ward ultimately finishing at the head of the pack. Steffen and Ward were both dressed as neon, the element. Other costumes included Tom Brady, Juju Smith-Schuster, Mulan, a Daisy Queen, and a pair of Guy Fieris. Observing the competition was coach Calle Barlow and her dog Ginni, both dressed as Spiders. See the photos from the event here.Â
