What is your pregame ritual or superstition? Listening to my top secret pump up song
Favorite animal? cats or dogs, you just cant make me choose
Favorite memory from the 2019 season? Our win against UMass in the semi-final, it meant a lot for us seniors to make it back to the A10 championship game
Favorite TV Show: Bones, Criminal Minds
Favorite Song: Angels- Khalid
Favorite Music Artist: Beyonce, it’s an addiction
Favorite Hobby: Painting, listening to music, etc.
Favorite book: What the Eyes Don’t See
Favorite Movie: Jurassic Park
Favorite athlete (pro or collegiate): Delfina Merino
Favorite meal: Hibachi egg fried rice and scallops

Who inspires you? My mom. Cheesy I know, but seeing how heard she works and how selfless she is amazes me.
Favorite place to travel to (or where you'd like to go to): Traveled to Spain and it was the best time of my life, would love to explore Europe.
What are your summer (or future) plans? I want to become an OBGYN/fertility physician, so I plan to continue volunteering in my local hospital until I apply to med school in the next few years.
What is something you are looking forward to? Graduation when it finally comes!
Favorite sports memory: This whole past year, we had the best team dynamic it was amazing.
Why did you choose to attend Richmond? I wanted to move South and to experience what it was live away from home. The education we receive is really amazing and I have personal relationships with all of my professors.

Favorite course or professor at UR: Spanish 221 abroad in Sevilla on the athlete study abroad program
Favorite spot on campus: Definitely in Cellar with a plate of bacon/cheese fries!!!
What is your pregame ritual or superstition? I used to have to wear the same pair of socks under my shin guards, and I thought it was for sure lucky, but then one game something didn't feel right. During halftime I took it off, and my pinky toe had come through a hole in them so I took them off and decided they weren't lucky anymore!
Favorite animal? Dolphin-- I wanted to be a dolphin trainer when I was little (not really sure what that is looking back on it...)
Favorite book: Need To Know by Karen Cleveland ... SO good!!! It's easy to pretend you're like a spy or in the FBI when you read it
Favorite athlete (pro or collegiate): TOM BRADY!!!!
What is a fun fact about you that few know? I fell off of a ski lift one time
Favorite memory from the 2019 season? Winning the semi-final game in the A10 tournament!

Favorite sports memory: My high school field hockey team won the state championship my senior year-- best moment ever!
What are your future plans? I am hoping to go work in the South America for a few months and going to nursing school.

Favorite author, website or blog you read: Goats and Soda ... it's an NPR blog about stories from all over the world in developing countries
Why did you choose to attend Richmond? I got a tour from someone who was on the team and she completely convinced me!
Favorite place to travel to: the beach ... really any beach I'm not picky

Major: Economics, Minor: Leadership Studies
Favorite course or professor at UR: I have really been loving my Senior Economics Capstone with my advisor, Dr. Croushore. We chat about economic news and discuss fun econ topics in class.
Favorite spot on campus: I love going to the Jepson study lounge to chat with friends and do work.
What is your pregame ritual or superstition? Abby and I start a dance circle to the Cotton Eyed Joe and try to get the whole team involved.
When you're not playing field hockey, what sport are you playing or watching? Our team is always out supporting baseball!
Favorite animal? A quokka. They are so cute and happy.
Favorite Song: My friends know that if I am in a funk, all they have to do is play Toxic by Britney Spears to make me happy again.
Favorite Movie: The Princess Diaries has always been on top of the list for me.
Favorite place to travel to: I would love to do a road trip where I visit all 50 states.
Favorite sports memory: I love all of the relationships and life-long friendships that sports have given me.
Why did you choose to attend Richmond? I knew that Richmond was the place where I could pursue both high level athletics and academics, which were both really important to me.
What is a fun fact about you that few know? My toes are super long, so I can pick stuff up with them and even write with them!

Favorite pregame snack or meal: Banana and Peanut Butter
What is your pregame ritual or superstition? Each season I have a specific song that I listen to right before we go out for warm ups. Just something to get my mind right and it has changed each season. I also would braid Becky's hair :)
When you're not playing field hockey, what sport are you playing or watching? Since being retired, I have started to train for a half marathon. So I guess my new sport is running! I also love playing golf and tennis in the summer.
Favorite animal? Elephant
Favorite memory from the 2019 season? I think my favorite memory from the 2019 season was beating VCU in double OT and double shoot outs. It was a game where our whole team showed an immense amount of grit and perseverance. That game felt so good to come out on top because each and every one of us gave it all until the end.

Favorite Hobby: Quarantine has gotten me back into journaling, so I would say that is my current favorite hobby.

Favorite quote: A quote my family often lives by as it was something my Grandfather's high school track coach would say to him, "Go to it with confidence, fightingly relaxed"
Who inspires you? My dad definitely inspires me by pushing me to reach new levels whether it is in athletics or the professional world. He has supported me through all of my endeavors and helped me begin to believe in myself.
Favorite place to travel to (or where you'd like to go to): My favorite place to visit is Marco Island, Florida. I would love to go to Greece or France one day.
What are your summer (or future plans)? Future plans for me involve taking a huge step and moving to New York City after graduation. I have recently accepted a position as a Client Services Associate with AlphaSights. Other than that, I am looking forward to spending one last summer in Wisconsin with friends and family.
What is something you are looking forward to? While I am sad to leave Richmond, and this incredible team, I am really excited to explore the professional world for myself. I am excited for this new adventure that has a lot of uncertainty, but I am confident that Richmond has provided me with the skills to find success.
Favorite sports memory: My favorite sports memory was getting the chance to host he A10 tournament my senior year at Richmond. This was so special because we advanced to the Championship game and it was such an incredible experience to get to be at home for this opportunity. The A10 tournament is always a blast but being at home, surrounded by all of our friends and family, made it that much more memorable.
Why did you choose to attend Richmond? I chose to attend Richmond because I fell in love with the campus, and the girls on the field hockey team. From the first moment I stepped on campus, I felt welcomed and valued. This was something that I kept coming back to when looking at other schools and my mind kept returning to UR. I knew Richmond would be the perfect place to challenge me not only on the field hockey field, but in the classroom as well. I was also grateful to be able to participate in various extracurriculars during my time here.
What is a fun fact about you that few know? In 1921, my great grandfather, Emmett Clair, was one of the original owners of the Green Bay Packers, then known as the Acme Packers and coached by Curly Lambeau.
