Frank Named to NFHCA Division I Senior Team

GENEVA, N.Y. – University of Richmond midfielder Lindsey Frank has been named to the 2022 Victory Sports Tours/ National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division I Senior Team, the organization announced Thursday.

The Saratoga Springs, N.Y. native joins 37 other senior student-athletes across the nation on the squad. The selected student-athletes were nominated by their NFHCA member coach and were chosen based on their career accomplishments. The selected seniors are given the opportunity to represent their institution while competing against their peers. This year, the Division I Senior Game will take place in conjunction with the NCAA Division I Field Hockey Championship in Storrs, Conn.
The Senior Game is projected for 2:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, November 19, 2022, at the University of Connecticut.

Frank paces the Spiders with 19 points on seven goals and five assets this season. Frank, a 2022 Preseason Atlantic 10 All-Conference selection, is the top six in the league in assists per game, goals per game and points per game. For her Spider career, Frank has scored 16 goals and tallied 16 assists for 48 total points over 53 games. She was recognized as a NFHCA All-South Region Second Team honoree, plus Atlantic 10 All-Championship Team and All-Conference First team selection in 2021. She also collected A-10 All-Rookie Team honors in 2019.
