Spiders Wrap Day Two at Patriot Invite

Richmond, Va. — The University of Richmond swimming and diving program concluded Friday's portion of the Patriot Invite hosted by George Mason.
Richmond's best finish came in the 800 free relay when Katie Chignell, Caitlyn Hughes, Lucy Yeomans and Lauren Medlin teamed up for a 7:36.52 clocking, while the 200 medley relay of Caroline Weldon, Christina Levins, Abby Fuller and Julia Krichev swam a 1:43.75 for fourth. Levins also finished fourth individually, touching at 1:03.72 in the 100 breast.
Laura Davis (4:31.96) took sixth in the 400 IM, Claire O'Shaughnessy (1:53.93) finished seventh in the 200 free relay while Yeomans (1:53.97) took eighth.
Zazi Halla finished seventh on the three-meter board with a score of 222.10.
