Women's Lacrosse Announces 2023 Schedule

Richmond, Va. – University of Richmond women's lacrosse head coach Anne Harrington announced the 2023 Spiders women's lacrosse schedule Wednesday.
The 17-game regular season opens with three games including two on the road with the Spiders meeting first-time opponent Queens University of Charlotte on Feb. 11 before making the trip down I-64 to meet longtime foe William & Mary Feb. 15. Richmond's home opener comes Feb. 18 when the Spiders host Liberty at Robins Stadium.
The following week sees the team on the road again, this time at Howard on Feb. 26 before heading back for a home matchup against Navy March 5. Two more road games come the Spiders' way on March 8 and 11 when they travel to Old Dominion and UMass, respectively.
The following week begins Richmond's longest home stand of the season, taking on Virginia March 15, VCU March 18 and George Mason March 22. The Spiders then trade its three home games in a row for three-consecutive road games, traveling to 2022 Atlantic 10 champion Saint Joseph's March 25 before heading to St. Bonaventure April 1 and James Madison April 5.
The Spiders are back home against La Salle April 8, then travel to play George Washington April 15 and Davidson April 22. The regular season concludes at Robins Stadium when the team faces Duquesne April 29.
From there, the team makes the short trip down the road for the Atlantic 10 tournament May 4-7 hosted by VCU.
