Creo Listed on Inside Lacrosse's Power 100 Freshmen Rankings

Richmond, Va. – University of Richmond freshman attackman Gavin Creo has been named to the Inside Lacrosse Power 100 Freshmen Rankings, announced by the publication Thursday. Creo is ranked No. 62 on the list of freshmen who will play in their debut college seasons in 2024.
Creo is just one of two Atlantic 10 players to make the list, alongside UMass midfielder Matt Cargiulo, who is ranked No. 72.
The Rockville Centre, N.Y. native is a product of Chaminade High School where he served as captain for the Flyers and was named team MVP as a senior. Creo was named Catholic High School Athletic Association All-League and was tabbed First Team All-Long Island by Newsday.
A standout in the classroom and the field, Creo was honored with the Joseph F. Thomas Student-Athlete Award, given to the top Chaminade student-athlete in their class. The four-year honor roll student was named a USA Lacrosse Academic All-American and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Creo and the rest of the Spiders will get the season underway Saturday, Feb. 3 when Maryland visits Robins Stadium.
