Spiders Climb Back in National Rankings

Richmond, Va. - The University of Richmond Women's Lacrosse program has moved up in national polls following their win against St. Bonaventure on Saturday.Â
The IWLCA NCAA Division I Coaches Poll moved Richmond up to No. 23 this week.
Richmond improved to a 10-2 record after their 20-12 win against the Bonnies. They now sit at 4-1 in the conference, matching with Davidson and Saint Joseph's for the No. 2 seed.Â
Lindsey Frank led the Spiders to the victory after putting up seven points from five goals and two assists. Colleen Quinn put up nearly identical numbers with seven points coming from four goals and three assists. Jordyn Harrisonn was the glue for the Spiders defense as she collected three ground balls and forced three caused turnovers.Â
Richmond is back in action Wednesday as they travel to JMU to take on the No.5/6 ranked Duke's at 5 p.m..
