11 Spiders Named to NFHCA National Academic Squad

RICHMOND, Va. - Eleven University of Richmond Field Hockey student-athletes have earned a spot on the 2023 National Field Hockey Coaches Association NCAA Division I National Academic Squad, the organization announced February 14.

The Division I National Academic Squad, sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, honors undergraduate collegiate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher through the first semester of the current academic year, and were nominated by their NFHCA member coach.

Seniors Olivia De Cain, Ella Hayes and Madi Hyatt were recognized as four-year honorees of the academic award.
