RICHMOND, Va. – Despite a lone singles win by Lara Bakhaya on singles court No.5, 4-6,6-1, 1(10)-0(5), the University of Richmond women's tennis team dropped a hard-fought battle at VCU Thursday afternoon, 6-1. With the loss, the Spiders fell to 2-3 overall and 0-1 in Atlantic 10 Conference play while the Rams improved to 8-0 overall and 3-0 in conference action.
