Young Earns Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week Honors

Richmond, Va. — Attackman Dalton Young has been named this week's Atlantic 10 Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.
Young earns the honor for the first time this season after helping lift the Spiders to its fourth conference win in a row with six points from the UMass game Saturday. Young registered two goals and chipped in four assists to pace the #14 Spiders to a 16-14 win over the Minutemen.
Young and the Spiders return home this Saturday, April 27, for the final home game of the season when they welcome Saint Joseph's. The Hawks come to Robins Stadium with an identical 4-0 conference record as Saturday's game will decide who earns the No. 1 seed in the Atlantic 10 tournament. Face off is set for 4 p.m.
