RICHMOND, Va. — University of Richmond senior guard Rachel Ullstrom has been named to the Ann Meyers-Drysdale Shooting Guard of the Year Preseason Top 20 Watch List, the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame announced Tuesday.

Ullstrom, an Auburn, Mass. native, earned Atlantic 10 First Team honors in 2025 after averaging 15.3 points while shooting 53.8 percent from the field, 42.3 percent from three and 84.9 percent from the free throw line. She became just the 11th Spider to reach 1,000 career points and broke the Richmond single-game record with 11 three-pointers in a 35-point performance against Oakland.
A USA Basketball 3x3 standout this summer, Ullstrom also helped the United States capture the 2025 Nations League Americas title in Chile. She scored in double figures in 27 games last season, including seven outings of 20 or more points, and ranked third in the A-10 in three-point percentage.
