Groat and Scully Earn All-East Honors at IC4A Championships

BOSTON – Members of the University of Richmond's men's cross country team competed at the 2026 IC4A Indoor Track and Field Championships at the Boston University Track & Tennis Center Feb. 7-8. Highlighting the weekend were Cooper Groat and Eric Scully, who earned all-east honors by finishing in the top eight in their races.

Groat finished third in the 1,000 meter with a time of 2:26.53. Scully finished seventh in the mile with a time of 4:13.38.

Brady Barber finished 10th in the 5,000 meter with a time of 14:52.53.

Groat, Joshua Gray, Jason Raffel and Scully ran the DMR (distance medley relay) for the Spiders. Finishing ninth, the group finished with a time of 10:21.75.
