Eric Hill, who rejoined the Spider Baseball staff in the Fall of 2023 as Director of Player Development, is in his second year on Head Coach Mik Aoki's staff. Hill served in the same position with the Spiders program for three seasons (2020-2022).
A native of Hillsville, Va., Hill is a 1994 graduate of Longwood College and was a member of the 1991 baseball team that advanced to the final four of the Division II world series that year. His 1991 team was inducted into the Longwood Athletics Hall of Fame in 2011. Hill resides in Glen Allen, Va., with his wife (Kelly), son (Brandon) and daughter (Ainsley).
