Micaela Parson will surely go down as one of the most statistically balanced and dominant players in program history despite never being recognized as an Atlantic 10 Player of the Week or being chosen by the coaches as an All-Conference honoree before her senior season.
Senior (2017-18)

- Her 582 for the season, were the fourth-most in a single season in program history and made her just the fifth different player in program history to score 550 in a season.
- Ranked Top 20 in the Atlantic 10 in 15 categories and was top five in seven of those – the ONLY player in the league that could claim that status.
- She finished her career 9th all-time in scoring (1,401 points), third all-time in free throws made (406), just outside the top 10 in assists (302), 12th in steals (178) and had, the sixth-most steals in a single-season in program history (69) during her final season.
- She is the 11th individual to play under head coach Michael Shaferto reach 1,000 points and she did so in the 98th game of her career
- Her 30 points and four assists against Davidson in the A-10 Tournament accounted for 41 of Richmond's 62 points (66.1%).
- Micaela was also 9-10 from the free throw line in the Davidson game. What's significant is that in doing so she broke the single-season free throw's made record (146 – Karen Elsner 1983-84) and is now the first player in program history to have made more than 150 (161) in a single season.
- She scored in double figures in all 31, 33 consecutive games to close her career, and 70 times in her career while posting totals north of 20 on 14 occasions as a senior and 20 times overall.
- She posted quartet of double doubles in her career and is just the eighth individual in Spider history to join the 1,000-point, 500-rebound club.
- Was every bit the all-time great in her final game. She scored 23 points to go with eight rebounds, three assists and two steals, putting the Spiders on her back
-Â 19 points, 15 the second half, to lead all scorers at GW. She was 9-18 from the floor to go with five rebounds, two assists and three steals in 36 minutes
- Dropped a game-high 24, 17 of which came in the first half, on 9-14 shooting to go with a pair of assists and a pair of steals at St. Bonaventure
- Dropped a season-high 28 points to go with six rebounds, seven assists and three steals against Duquesne
- Bolstered the Spiders by leading all scorers with 23 points at VCU to go with eight rebounds, four assists and a career-high six, game-changing steals. She was efficient; 7-14 from the floor and 9-9 from the free throw line in a career-high 43 minutes spread across regulation and overtime.
- In the first meeting with Dayton, Micaela played one of her best games of the season, scoring 21 points to go with 10 rebounds for her third double double of the season, fourth of her career and second in which she eclipsed 20 points. She also handed out four assists and collected four steals over 36 minutes.
- Scored 17 points and pulled down five rebounds to go with four steals against Fordham
- Not only scored a game-high 25 points, but handed out a career-high tying eight assists while pulling down four boards and collecting three steals in yet another stat stuffing effort opposite La Salle
- Continued her Player of the Year caliber campaign with 21 points, seven rebounds, three assists and five steals in 29 minutes of action at Rhode Island
- Posted her second double-double in as many games and did so by scoring 17 points at Stetson to go with a game and career-high 13 rebounds. She also pitched in four assists and a pair of steals for good measure
- Posted the first Spider double-double of the season (19 points, 11 rebounds) opposite Navy
- Needed 24 points opposite Quinnipiac to become the 24th member of the program's 1,000-point club; she got 25 and history was made.Â
- Poured in 15, second half, points at East Carolina to come away with a game high 16 on 6-9 shooting from the floor. Her step-back jumper with the Spiders trailing by one at the 1:08 mark was the eventual game winner and came with the shot clock buzzer ringing out as the ball floated through the air. The senior added in four rebounds and three assists in just 22 minutes while dealing with foul trouble.
- Scored a game and season-high 24 points to go with seven rebounds, two assists and two steals in her final home opener opposite Wake Forest

Junior (2016-17)
- Averaged 11.2 points per game which ranked 23rd in the Atlantic 10
- Averaged 10.6 points in conference play, ranks 26th in the league
- Handed out 3.5 assists per game to rank 9th in the A-10
- 3.8 assists per game in A-10 play, 11th in the league
- Carried and assist-to-turnover ratio of 1.2 (104-85) which ranked 9th in the A-10
- Averaged 1.4 steals per game, 12th in the league
Sophomore (2015-16)
- Played in 27 games as a freshman with zero starts but played and started in all 31 games as a sophomore this season.
- Jumped her scoring average from 3.1 points as a freshman to 12.9 points per game as a sophomore - third highest average on the roster and 17th in the Atlantic 10.
- Improved her rebounding average from 2.0 to 4.7, which ranked third in the Spider roster.
- Her field goal percentage rose from .359 to .378 and her three-point field goal percentage went from .308 to .383, which ranked second in the A-10 among those who qualified.
- She was second among the Spiders with 92 assists, 3.0 per game, and finishing 13th in the A-10 in that category and was also second on the team with 53 steals, 1.7 per game, 12th in the league. - She made an A-10 Tournament record 18 free throws on a tournament record 21 attempts in a win over Davidson in the first round of the Championship.
- Every single one of her career-high marks came during the 2015-16 campaign including 33 points opposite Davidson on Mar. 2, 12 rebounds at Wake Forest on Dec. 20, eight assists against VCU on Feb. 14, four made triples at Appalachian State on Dec. 17 and 38 minutes of court time on two occasions.
- After scoring just 83 points as a freshman, she scored 400 points as a sophomore and is well on her way to becoming the 23rd member of the Richmond 1,000-point club.Â
