2010-11 (Junior): Came in seventh-place at the Fred Hardy Invitational in the 5,000m run (18:22.16)... Finished sixth in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays (38:08.89).

2009-10 (Sophomore): Finished 15th at the Maryland Invitational in the 3,000 meter run (10:41.77)... Completed the 5,000 meter run in 18:08.12 at the Colonial Relays... Came in 18th in the 10,000 meter run at the A-10 Championship (40:24.81).

2008-09 (Freshman): At the Virginia Invitational, finished the 3,000m in 10:49.92... her fastest time of the season in the 5,000m was 19:06.71 at the Fred Hardy Invitational.

Indoor Track & Field

2011-12 (Senior): Finished third in the 5,000 Meters at CNU's Vince Brown Invitational with a time of 18:41.44.

2010-11 (Junior): Came in 13th in the 3,000m (10:34.14) and participated in the second-place winning distance medley relay team (12:15.48) at the Patriot Games... Captured first-place in the 5,000m at the Vince Brown Invitational (18:13.45)... Placed 13th and set a season-best in the 5,000m at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship (18:03.73).

2009-10 (Sophomore): Placed 15th in the 3,000 meter run at the Terrapin Indoor Invitational (11:03.21)... Came in sixth-place at the Hokie Indoor Invitational in the 5,000 meter run with a time of 18:44.28... Finished 15th in the 3,000 meter run (10:35.26) at the Christopher Newport Invitational... Captured sixth-placed at the UNC Invitational in the 3,000 meter run with a time of 10:30.92... Placed 16th in the 3,000 meter run (10:25.78) at the A-10 Championship.

2008-09 (Freshman): Was clocked in 3:10.35 in the 1,000m at the A-10 Championship... ran the 5,000m in 18:34.35 at the Hampton Invitational.

Cross Country

2011-12 (Senior): Placed 20th in the 5k at the William and Mary Invite with a time of 19:40 ... was the Spiders' eighth finisher in the 6k at the Paul Short Invitational (24:33) ... clocked a time of 24:53.92 in the 6k at the Panorama Farms Invitational.

2010-11 (Junior): Placed 10th at the Spider Alumni Open with a time of 11:42.33 ... Recorded her season-best 5K time at the Wolfpack Invitational with a 29th-place finish and a time of 19:10.0 ... Came in 216th at Paul Short with a time of 23:09 ... Finished 92nd at the Atlantic 10 Championship (19:35).

2009-10 (Sophomore): Posted a season-best 6K time of 22:42 at the Paul Short Invitational... Was 14th at the UNC Challenge (5K) in a time of 18:56.30... Was clocked at 22:13.3 at the A-10 Championship (5K).

2008-09 (Freshman): Finished in a time of 12:00.20 at the Spider Alumni Meet capturing eight place... Recorded a time of 24:13.00 at the Salty Dog Invite... Recorded a time of 22:56 at the Paul Short Invitational... Finished in a time of 19:21.0 at the A-10 Championship.

High School
Earned 2004, 2006 and 2007 All-State honors in cross country helping her team win AAA state team titles in 2004, 2005, 2006 and finish in the runner-up spot in 2007...Placed sixth over-all at the 2007 West Virginia State cross country championships to earn All-State honors...Also earned All-Region honors in cross country 2004, 2006 and 2007...During the 2007 outdoor track & field season earned All-State honors in the 3,200m and in 2008 helped her 4x800m relay team to a runner-up finish...Served as the captain her senior year.
