As a Senior: (2011-12): Won seven medals at the Atlantic 10 Championship, including five golds and two silvers...got a career-best time in the 50 free (23.20) ... was part of the record-setting 200 medley (1:39.48) and 400 medley relays (3:40.20) ... was also on the 800 free (7:24.25) and the 200 free relays (1:32.65) ... competed in the 50 free at the British Olympic Trials in March.
As a Junior (2010-11): Earned seven medals, including six golds and a silver, at the Atlantic 10 Championship ... recorded a meet and school-record time in the 200 free (1:48.85) at the conference meet ... took top honors in the 100 free (50.12) while also securing a second-place finish in the 50 free (23.49) ... raced on the A-10 meet record-setting 200 medley relay (1:40.11), 200 free relay (1:31.57), 400 free relay (3:21.10) and 800 free relay (7:19.65) squads ... earned 2011 CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-America honorable mention honors ... tabbed A-10 Performer of the Week on Oct. 25 ... enters 2011-12 as the program record-holder in the 200 free (1:48.85), No. 3 all- time at Richmond in the 100 free (50.12) and No. 4 in the 50 free (23.29).
As a Sophomore (2009-10): Took home six medals from the A-10 Championship, including five golds and a silver... was the only A-10 swimmer to win three individual events at the Championship ... won the 50 free (23.30), 100 free (50.82) and 200 free (1:50.00) and swam on the winning 200 free relay (1:32.81), the winning 400 free relay (3:23.35) and second-place 200 medley relay (1:42.32) ... her 200 free time of 1:50.00 set a school record, which had previously been the longest-standing Spider mark (Sue Wager, 1:50.80 in 1986) ... enters 2010-11 ranked No. 3 on Richmond's all-time list in the 50 free (23.30), No. 4 in the 100 free (50.82), No. 1 in the 200 free (1:50.00).
As a Freshman (2008-09): Won five medals at the A-10 Championship, including golds in the 200 medley relay (1:40.17), 200 free relay (1:33.00), 400 medley relay (3:40.34) and 400 free relay (3:22.87)... was the bronze-medalist in the 100 free (51.30), while taking fourth in the 50 free (23.49) ... holds three school records in the 400 free relay, 200 medley relay and 400 medley relay, which were each set at the A-10 Championship ... stands fourth on Richmond's all-time list in the 50 free (23.49, set at 2009 A-10 Championship), fourth all-time in the 100 free (51.30 - set at the 2009 A-10 Championship), seventh in the 200 free (1:51.95 - set at the 2009 A-10 Championship).

Lauren (Hines) and fins. Lauren and I would race to see who could get
off the island first, and I could always use a little more practice with fins.
