A-10's Most Outstanding Women's Performer ... placed eighth in the 5000m at the Alex Wilson Invitational, breaking the university record with a time of 16:35.38 ... took second in the 1500m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (4:24.61) ... clocked a time of 10:17.88 to finishe third in the 3000m Steeplechase ... won the 1500m (4:25.19) and the 3000m Steeplechase at (10:04.20) the A-10 Outdoor Championships ... season bests include 4:24.61 in the 1500m, 16:33.62 in the 5000m, and 10:04.20 in the 3000m Steeplechase.
2010-11 (Junior): Captured first-place at the Fred Hardy Invitational, setting a facility and meet record for the 1,500m run (4:31.17) ... received A-10 Performer of the Week honors following her second-place performance in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Colonial Relays (10:32.16) ... placed third and ran a career best time in the 5,000m Open-A race at the Mt. SAC Relays (16:10.37), qualifying for the NCAA East Regional competition ... a member of the fifth-place 4x1500m relay team at the Penn Relays (17:58.28) ... took second-place and ran a career best in the 3,000m steeplechase (10:11.20) at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championship. Her time qualified her for the NCAA East Regionals, USATF Championships and the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials. She also placed second in the 5,000m (16:41.87) at the A-10 Championship.

2008-09 (Sophomore): Academic All-Atlantic 10 ... became fifth Spider female to run at the NCAA National Championship ... qualified for two events at the NCAA East Regional Championship ... won silver in the 5,000m (16:58.58) and won bronze in the 1,5000m (4:28.79) at the A-10 Championship ... broke the school's 5,000m record at the Mt. SAC Relays with her NCAA-qualifying time of 16:17.64, which then ranked among the 25 fastest in the NCAA ... also smashed the school record in the 3,000m steeplechase at Georgia Tech with an NCAA-qualifying time of 10:28.46, 22 seconds under the regional qualifying standard and 21 faster than the previous school record ... at the NCAA East Regional, her 5,000m time of 16:36.50 was good for 12th overall ... she then placed 12th in her heat at the NCAA National Championship in the 5,000m in a time of 17:04.18.
2007-08 (Freshman): Was the Spiders' Track MVP ... one of four Spiders to qualify for the NCAA Regional Championship, clinching her spot with a time of 16:42.96 in the 5,000m at the A-10 Championship ... that performance in the 5,000m at the A-10 was good for the bronze medal and earned her All-Conference honors ... captured her second A-10 bronze on the 4x800m relay with Diana Filtz, Paloma Krakower and Tara Markey in a time of 9:06.92 ... Ran 16:54.89 for the 5,000m at the Mt. SAC Relays in Los Angelos ... her time in the 1,500m of 4:38.72 at Georgia Tech was team's second-fastest of the season.

Performer of the Week on Jan. 23 ... won the 3,000 Meters at Virginia Tech's
Hokie Invitational with a time of 9:40.63 ... paced the field in the 1,000 Meters
at the Navy Classic (2:51.43) ... clocked a time of 9:32.20 to win the 3000 Meters
at the A-10 Indoor Championships ... smashed the school record in the 3,000
Meters (9:32.20), winning the event at the Hokie Classic Invitational.
2010-11: Did not compete.
2009-10 (Junior): Participated in the distance medley relay at the Terrapin Indoor Invitational, finishing first with a time of 12:12.32 ... came in ninth-place in the 3,000 meter run (10:08.51) and ran in the 4x800 meter relay that finished sixth (9:30.62) at the Hokie Indoor Invitational ... finished first in the 5,000 meter run at the Christopher Newport Invitational with a time of 17:34.77 ... captured first-place at the UNC Invitational in the mile run (4:56.39) ... placed second in the 5,000 meter with a season-best time of 17:13.77 and ninth in the mile run (5:03.00) at the A-10 Championship.
2008-09 (Sophomore): A-10 Champion in the 5,000m (17:27.16) ... used the New Balance Collegiate to post season-best times in the both the Mile (5:06.47) and the 3,000 (9:51.90).
2007-08 (Freshman): Ran on the gold-medal-winning 4x800m relay at the A-10 Championship along with Diana Filtz, Amy Van Alstine, and Tara Markey ... also at the A-10 Championship, finished 10th in the one mile and took fifth in the 3,000m (10:00.67).
Cross Country
2010-11 (Senior): Announced the Atlantic 10 Women's Performer of the Week following her second-place finish at the Wolfpack Invitational (17:30.3) ... set her season-best 6K time at the Paul Short Invitational, finishing 16th in 20:56 ... came in 42nd at NCAA Pre-Nationals (21:05.6) ... finished second overall at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships, setting her season-best 5K time (17:19) and receiving A-10 1st team All-Conference honors ... ended the season with a 31st-place finish at NCAA Southeast Regionals (21:20.8) ... also received a place on the Atlantic 10 Academic All-Conference Team.
2009-10 (Junior): Competed in the championship portion of the Spiders' schedule, leading Richmond at both the A-10 Championship and NCAA Regional ... turned in a seventh-place finish at the A-10 Championship in a time of 20:06.3 ... was 26th overall at the NCAA Southeast Regional in 21:27.30.
2008-09 (Sophomore): All-Atlantic 10 ... Academic All-Atlantic 10 ... USTFCCCA Scholar Athlete ... captured second place at the Spider Alumni Open with a time of 11:20.00 ... finished in a time of 22:39.00 at the Salty Dog Invitational capturing second place ... was named A-10 Performer of the Week Sept. 15 ... finished in a time of 20:47 (14th place) at the Paul Short Invitational ... captured 11th place with a time of 21:02 at the Penn State Nationals ... placed third with a time of 17:48.1 at the A-10 Championship and earned All-Conference honors ... captured 14th place at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 21:29.1.
2007-08 (Freshman): Named the Spiders' Most Outstanding Rookie Performer ... finished 11th at the A-10 Championship to earn All-Conference honors and was second on the team behind Kylee Schuler as the Spiders took the runner-up spot ... was the 12th freshman at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship helping lead the Spiders to a ninth place team finish.
High School
Was one of only nine seniors in the state of New Jersey to compete in the N.J. Cross Country Meet of Champions all four years ... named Third Team All-State in cross country as a junior and Second Team as a senior ... holds five school track records ... won the county title as a senior in the 1,600 and 3,200 during the both indoor and outdoor seasons, setting the meet records in both events outdoor ... won her school's Scholar-Athlete Award as a senior ... holds personal best marks of 5000 Meter Run (17:31.97) set at the 2007 Nike Outdoor National meet, 3200 Meter Run (10:32.86) run at the NJ 2007 Meet of Champions, 1600 Meter Run (4:56.53) set in the 2007 NJ State Championships, 3000 Meter Run (9:59.89) run at the 2007 Penn Relays.
