Renovations to historic Pitt Field, home of the Atlantic 10 baseball champion Spiders, are underway. The Spider baseball team, led by the school's all-time winningest coach, Ron Atkins, has advanced to the NCAA Tournament the past two seasons, in part because of a Pitt Field record of 49-7.
