Men's Tennis Defeats Navy, 7-0

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- The Richmond men's tennis team captured the doubles point and then swept the six singles matches to defeat Navy, 7-0, at the UR Tennis Complex on Saturday.
The Spiders' No. 2 doubles team of David Donn and Jeppy Moss slammed its way to an 8-1 win in doubles, before Donn (No. 2 singles) and Moss (No. 6 singles) went on to win their singles matches in straight sets.
Richmond won 12 of 14 sets in singles competition. Dan Scrafford (No. 5 singles) and Matthew Cabana (No. 3 singles) also won at both doubles and singles.
The Spiders return to action at 2:30 p.m. on March 27 at American.
