Garcia Released From Letter Of Intent

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -
The Athletic Department announced today that signed men's basketball prospect Jose Garcia will not be attending the University of Richmond. By mutual agreement, Garcia has been released from his National Letter of Intent commitment.
"I have spoken with Jose's family," head coach Chris Mooney said. "We both agree it is in his best interest, and ours, for Jose to pursue his education and college basketball career at another institution. We wish him well."
