Philadelphia, Pa. The Richmond Spiders' women's tennis team battled with the Penn Quakers on a cold Sunday afternoon before ultimately falling, 5-2, at the Hecht Tennis Center. The Spiders stole the doubles point from Penn, serving as the Quakers' first double loss this season.
"Solid doubles and great pressure matches" says head coach Mark Wesselink. Penn holds a 5-4 record over Richmond at home prior to this event.
