Career aspirations: Play professional baseball or become an orthopedic surgeon
Three words to describe yourself: Laid-back, hard worker, smart
Best Spider Moment: My sophomore year we had a massive Nerf Gun war in Wood Hall. It was near the end of the season and we were basically the only people on campus. So we decided to go to Toys-R-Us and clean out their Nerf Gun supply and have a 20-man battle.
The best nickname on the team: Sven aka Zach Grossfeld
Strengths: As I have gotten older, I have become a significantly smarter pitcher.
Toughest opponents: In conference, we always have tight games against VCU and St. Louis. But non-conference, UVA is always one of the best teams in the country.
Working to improve: Becoming more consistent on the mound. Also, just making sure I enjoy every single minute of my senior season.
Best sports memory: Watching Adam McConnell get the walk-off hit in the 14th inning against Fordham, dog piling at second base, and clinching a spot in the A10 Tournament.
Favorite meal: Chili dogs from this restaurant at home called Uncle Al's.
On your playlist: A lot of music by J.Cole
Most embarrassing thing on your playlist: I don't have any good oldies music on my iPod.
If you have one wish: I wish I could invent something, make a ton of money, and then spend the next few years traveling all over the world.
What most people don't know about you: I am mildly addicted to Clash of Clans.
If you could go on any game show: Probably Jeopardy or American Ninja Warrior
Hidden talent: I am pretty good at clapping with one hand.
Dream car: Ford Raptor
Favorite class: Endocrinology or Evolution
Pets: A yellow lab named Abby and a mouse that lives in our house named Jerry Jones.
