"I am thrilled to have our staff from Bucknell joining me at Richmond," Roussell said. "It is a group that has proven to work incredibly well together and this will be a tremendous boost to the women's basketball program at University of Richmond."
Jeanine Radice – Assistant Coach
Radice brings 29 years of experience at the Division I level, including seven appearances in the NCAA Tournament and eight in the WNIT. The most recent NCAA appearance came this year in her second season at Bucknell, winning the Patriot League Tournament title and set a school record with 28 victories. The Bison almost pulled off the upset in the NCAA first round as a 12 seed against fifth-seeded Florida State. Radice helped Kate Walker earn Second Team All-Conference honors and was named to the All-Tournament team.
In her first season, Radice helped guide the Bison to a 22-10 overall record, 15-3 mark in the Patriot League, and a spot in the WNIT, where they took on West Virginia in the opening round. The Bison had three players earn All-Patriot League honors following the 2017-18 season, including a pair of guards. Junior Kate Walker was a First Team selection, while junior Kyi English earned a spot on the Third Team. Additionally, freshman guard Abby Kapp made the Patriot League All-Rookie Team.
Before Bucknell, Radice spent 21 seasons as an assistant coach at Delaware, helping the Blue Hens accumulate 408 wins, a .632 winning percentage, four NCAA Tournament berths, and seven appearances in the WNIT. During a two-season stretch from 2011-13, Delaware went undefeated in the Colonial Athletic Association and posted an overall record of 63-6.
