Jacob Gilyard Joins Coach Mooney On Behind The Web Tonight At 6 On ESPN Richmond

A recap of the just-completed regular season and a preview of the Atlantic 10 Tournament will be featured on a special Tuesday edition of Behind The Web with Head Men's Basketball Coach Chris Mooney.  Senior guard Jacob Gilyard, the Spiders all-time steals leader and currently leading the nation in steals, will be tonight's special player guest. The in-studio style program will air from 6-7pm on ESPN Richmond and RichmondSpiders.com and will be held virtually due to Covid-19 guidelines.Â

The Spiders finished the regular season with a 13-7 overall record, 6-5 in the A10. Richmond will open play in the Atlantic 10 tournament Thursday in the first round as the number eight seed, battling ninth-seed Duquesne at 11am in the Siegel Center. The Spiders defeated the Dukes, 79-72, last month at the Robins Center.
The program, airing live on ESPN 99.5 and 102.7 FM and 950 AM, will be archived on the SpiderTV On Demand page and in the Audio Vault at espnrichmond.com.Â
