Made seven relief appearances on the mound, going 0-1 and two saves with a 11.00 ERA allowed 12 runs, 11 earned on 11 hits, four walks and eight strikeouts
Tossed a scoreless inning with one strikeout in his collegiate debut against Longwood
Collected his first save after retiring the one batter he faced against nationally ranked Virginia
Picked up the save at Saint Joseph’s after tossing a season-high three innings of one run ball on one hit and one walk and two hit batters

Prep: A four-year letterman for the Severna Park High Falcons baseball program. He helped the squad to the Maryland State Finals in 2022 and Maryland State Semifinals in 2023. He collected First Team All-County accolades as a junior and Preseason All-County honors as a senior. Playing travel baseball with the Dirtbags All-Blacks, Santiago-Cruz made the Top-16 at WWBA East Cobb and advanced to Jupiter, Fla., to compete at nationals.
