Duquesne Game Designated To Assist Twin Towers Memorial Scholarship

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -
As part of the January 26th Duquesne vs. Richmond men's basketball game, the University of Richmond Department of Athletics will designate a portion of the proceeds to the newly created Twin Towers Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Two dollars ($2) of each individual game ticket sold will go to the fund, which will honor four (4) University of Richmond graduates who lost their lives in the September 11 World Trade Center attacks. In memory of David Brady, Class of `82, Don Jones, Class of `84, Mike Finnegan, Class of `86, and Tom Clark, Class of `86, the Twin Towers Memorial Scholarship will be awarded annually to a University of Richmond student from the tri-state area.
Current members of UR fraternities, Phi Delta Theta and Sigma Alpha Epsilon, will also accept donations for the scholarship fund on game night at the Robins Center.
