NCAA Announces Regional Sites

UNIVERSITY OF RICHMOND, Va. -- The NCAA announced today the 16 sites that will host a Regional this weekend in the first round of the NCAA baseball tournament. Richmond, the 2003 Atlantic 10 Champions, finds out which Regional it will attend during the NCAA Selection Show at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, May 26 on ESPN2.
The Spiders were the No. 2 seed at the Winston-Salem Regional in Winston-Salem, N.C. last season when they captured the program's first-ever Regional title. Richmond then earned a berth in the Super-Regionals where they dropped a three-game series, 2-1, against Nebraska.
