Richmond Falls to James Madison, 26-20

RICHMOND, Va. (AP) - Maurice Fenner burst through the middle for a 46-yard touchdown with 2:20 remaining, and James Madison held on to defeat Richmond 26-20 Saturday.
The Dukes (6-1, 5-0 Atlantic 10) began their final touchdown drive with 6:18 remaining. Fenner carried five times for 62 yards on the drive. On third and 2 from the Spiders' 46, Fenner broke through the initial wave of defenders and sprinted up the middle to give the Dukes a 26-17 lead.
James Madison had 455 yards of total offense. Fenner rushed for 139 yards on 21 carries, and sophomore quarterback Justin Rascati was 15-of-21 for a career-high 223 yards, including a 65-yard touchdown pass to Ardon Bransford.
Richmond (2-5, 1-3) had 344 yards of total offense. Junior Stacy Tutt completed a career-high 26 of 41 passes for 310 yards, including two touchdowns to Arman Shields. One of the TD passes was a 41-yarder on a tipped ball on the final play of the first half.
The Dukes sacked Tutt six times and forced two fumbles.
James Madison also scored on an 8-yard run by Raymond Hines and a 32-yard field goal by David Rabil.
Richmond's Carter Ball kicked two 20-yard field goals, the last coming with 37 seconds left.
