Richmond and JMU meet for the 46th time with the Dukes holding a 38-6-1 edge in the all-time series. JMU has built a 2-1 record with a win at Longwood and a victory over then-No. 17 Iowa last weekend at home. JMU's only loss came in the season opener at Liberty.
Richmond defeated JMU in the teams' last meeting at Crenshaw Field, a 1-0 Spider victory on 9/15/13.
