#20 Spiders Cruise Past Bonnies, Recognize Faculty Commitment Thursday

Richmond, Va.— The University of Richmond women's lacrosse team tied its program record for goals in a game with a 24-9 win over St. Bonaventure Thursday.
Not only did the Spiders tie a program high for single-game goals, but the team came up just one point shy of tying the program record for points in a game with its 35 today.
Lindsey Frank scored four goals and added three assists to tie her single-game career-high of seven and with her three draw controls today, hit the 100 mark on her career.
Arden Tierney added six points with four goals and two assists while picking up seven draw controls.
Behind Frank and Tierney, Sophia DiCenso scored a hat trick while Colleen Quinn, Marina Miller (1 assist), Nicole Concannon and Kat Kelley each added a pair. Kelley's goals come as the first for the junior this season.
Grace Muldoon added a goal and season-high three assists while Hannah Custer, Sarah Roycroft, Caroline Murphy and Jillian Becker each chipped in another. Becker's goal comes as the first of the season for the senior, and freshman Murphy's was the first of her career.
In the cage, Delaney Galvin recorded 11 saves on 20 shots on goal.
During the game, eight University of Richmond faculty were recognized for their dedication and commitment to Spider athletics and student-athletes through Sideline with the Spiders. Faculty members in attendance were invited by senior and graduate student members of the team.

Sideline with the Spiders hopes to build and enhance the relationship between the campus community and athletics. After the victory, faculty members were given a tour of the lacrosse facilities at Robins Stadium and were invited onto the field for photos with the athletes who invited them.
The Spiders will look to go undefeated at home when it honors its seniors and graduate students against Davidson at 3 p.m. on Saturday back at Robins Stadium.
